Refund policy

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but for some reason you are not please convo me so we can work something out till you are 100% happy.
All custom orders and earrings sanitary reasons!) are considered final sale.
For all other items exchanges are possible (minus shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for contacting me with a week of receipt to let me know what the problem is and returning the item in good as new condition in a padded envelope with 2 weeks of receipt.
I take pride in my work during the first year of purchase any repair that might be necessary will be completed free of charge. You just need to send me the piece and I will fix it.
